How many sessions will I need?​

What should I do to prepare for a session?​

Wear comfortable clothing, ensure you’re well rested, and have a light meal and have a comfort break beforehand.

Any other pre-session prep instructions (if needed) will be communicated to you after going through the intake form.
Are the effects of hypnotherapy permanent?​

The effects can be long lasting, especially with reinforcement and practice. However, it varies by individual and the issue being treated.
What is your cancellation policy?​

I understand that life can be unpredictable and that sometimes unexpected events arise. However, I also want to respect my own time and schedule, as well as the time of my other clients. I do offer to reschedule the session if intimated at least 12 hours before scheduled time.
Can hypnotherapy be done online or virtually?​

Yes, hypnotherapy can be effectively conducted online, offering flexibility, convenience and comfort for clients who prefer remote sessions. Clients do need to ensure they are in a comfortable setting without interruption.

Will I be in control during Hypnotherapy?​

Yes, you remain in control throughout the session. You can’t be hypnotized against your will and you can’t be forced to do anything you don’t want to do.
